Mental Health

Hello all!

Yesterday was World Mental Health and as someone who often struggles with Mental health issues I could not let this date pass unnoticed!

This post was published 4 months ago (May 31st, 2022) and although I am in a better place now, I am sharing it again so we remember that we should not be afraid to seek help if we are struggling with mental health issues.

Our mental health it’s as important as our physical health, don’t overlook it!

Have a nice week!
