World Mental Health Day 2023



Mental health it’s an important part of my life.
It’s importance as been increasing immensely in the past year.

As such, I could not let this WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY pass unnoticed.



If you are struggling with mental health issues don’t be afraid to seek professional help.
Taking care of your mental health its beneficial, not only for you but also for those around you!

If you are not yet comfortable in seeking professional help (although I think it’s never too early to do it) you can at least search for information.
Knowledge is never too much and occupies no space.
You have countless resources available!
If you are reading this, you have access to internet connection, you can search for books and articles with information that can guide you in the right direction.
There are amazing books that can help you. Most of them have strategies you can apply immediately!
If you don’t like to read or if you don’t have the time, you can search for audiobooks. You can always hear something while making chores that don’t require much of your attention.

Your mental health it’s as important as your physical health!
Don’t give up on YOU!
